• Cancellation Policy: Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. A written notice of cancellation must be received by April 1, 2025. Cancellations made prior to April 1, 2025, will be subject to a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations made on or after April 1, 2025, are non-refundable.
• Communication, Confirmation and Receipts: You must provide a valid email address when you register online to receive a confirmation/receipt. Communications regarding event updates will only be made via email. Please remember to check your spam/junk box for confirmation emails and receipts.
• Special Sessions: You must register for the main Music City SCALE 2025 symposium to register for any of the special sessions such as the Anatomy Course, Devices 101 Workshop or the Facial Ultrasound Course.
• Guests Policy: Guests of SCALE registered attendees are welcome to attend exhibit hall functions and must purchase a guest pass. Guest passes allow access to exhibit hall functions only. Guests do not have access to educational sessions, workshops, or special courses, and will not receive course materials. Guest passes can only be purchased in combination with a regular SCALE registration rate.

• Dietary Restrictions : Please note that we are unable to accommodate special meal requests. Attendees with specific dietary needs are encouraged to make their own meal arrangements at their own expense.
