REGISTRATION

Who can attend SCALE?

SCALE is open to medical and cosmetic dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetics providers, practice administrators, and other professionals interested in the aesthetics industry. 

What if I only want to attend one day of the conference?

We do not offer single-day passes. All attendees must purchase full registration to access the conference.

What should you bring to SCALE?

Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards for networking, a notepad or electronic device for taking notes, and a jacket or sweater for comfort in cool meeting rooms.

What is the attire for SCALE?

The recommended attire is business casual. Meeting rooms can be cool, so it’s advisable to bring a jacket or sweater for comfort during sessions.

What is your Refund and Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation requests for Music City SCALE must be received in writing by completing this form by April 19, 2027. Upon receipt of a compliant cancellation notice, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of $150.00 (or the full registration amount, whichever is less).  

Can I bring a guest?

No guests are not permitted at Music City SCALE. We no do sell guest passes.

Is food provided during the conference?

Food and beverage functions are provided during the conference, often within the exhibit hall to encourage interaction between attendees and exhibitors. 

WORKSHOPS & SPECIAL BREAKOUT SESSIONS

Do I need to pre-register for workshops or breakout sessions?

Yes, pre-registration is required for workshops. Additional fees may apply. However, sessions held in the general session rooms do not require pre-registration and are included with your SCALE registration.

How do I update my registration details/register for a workshop?

  1. Visit the Registration Login Page and log in using the email address and password associated with your registration.
  2. If you do not know your password, click the password reset link. An email resetting your password will be emailed to you from Music City SCALE 2027 <noreply@swoogo.com>.
  3. Once logged in, confirm your registration details or make changes as needed.
  4.  You can view and add available sessions, including special workshops like Devices 101, to your registration.

Be sure to complete all steps to save your changes and updates!

CE

How many hours of CE does the Symposium offer?

The symposium typically offers between 25-30 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

How do I claim CE Credit?

After the meeting concludes, you will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your CE credit. Be sure to check your email and complete the process within 30 days of the event. For additional questions regarding your CE certificate please contact the support team.

Are session recordings available after the conference?

Currently, session recordings are not available after the conference. However, attendees will be able to access speaker slide decks through the mobile app following the event for up to 90 days.

HOTEL & ACCOMODATIONS

Where is the 2027 Annual SCALE Symposium Located?

The 2027 Annual SCALE Symposium is scheduled to take place from May 19 to 23, 2027, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, located at 10000 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203. A special group rate of $329 per night (plus tax) is available for attendees. To secure this rate, please book your accommodation by April 19, 2027, or until the room block is full. Given that rooms typically sell out three months in advance, early booking is highly recommended. EXHIBIT HALL

When is the Exhibit Hall open?

The Exhibit Hall will be open throughout the conference for attendees to visit exhibitor booths, explore products, and network. 
Hall hours will be provided soon. 

Who will be exhibiting at SCALE?

The Exhibit Hall will feature a wide range of companies showcasing the latest in medical devices, skincare products, aesthetics innovations, and practice management solutions. A full list of exhibitors is available on our exhibitor tab.

Are there any special activities in the Exhibit Hall?

Yes, the Exhibit Hall will host exclusive activities, including sponsored product demonstrations, giveaways, and opportunities to interact directly with vendors. Attendees are encouraged to check the schedule for events like raffles or live demonstrations.
