Disclosure Requirements
SCALE is an accredited CME meeting, and every submission must meet CME standards.
- All authors must disclose relevant financial relationships and funding support.
- Complete Disclosure documentation in the portal. Submissions without it are incomplete and cannot be reviewed.
- Presenters may not be employees of ineligible companies as defined by the ACCME: companies whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, reselling or distributing healthcare products used on or by patients.
- Accepted presentations undergo content review by the accredited CME provider before the meeting.
Commitment
Accepted abstracts are invited to present as part of the SCALE 2027 program. Presenters must register for the meeting as attendees (not as exhibitors or guests) and are responsible for their own registration, travel and lodging. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, and decisions of the Abstract Review Committee are final. SCALE may withdraw any presentation that does not meet CME or program criteria.
