2025 E-Poster Information
The 2025 SCALE Scientific Committee welcomes authors to submit abstracts for poster display at 2025 SCALE Music City. All abstracts must be approved by the committee prior to the meeting. Please note the following information and guidelines:
PROCESS
- Abstracts must be submitted in Word format for review by the Scientific Committee to Lindsay Hart at lhart@scalemusiccity.com by the submission deadline, April 5, 2025.
- You will be notified within 2 weeks of your submission whether your abstract has been accepted by the SCALE 2025 Scientific Committee to be displayed as a poster.
- If approved, you will receive instructions from the SCALE team on how to upload the PDF of your poster for final display at 2025 SCALE Music City. Final posters must be uploaded by May 5, 2025.
- Approved posters/abstracts will be displayed on touch-screen televisions throughout the meeting space at SCALE 2025 Music City for attendees to view. In addition, approved 2025 posters will be available on the SCALE Music City website following the meeting for 6 months for additional reach.
DEADLINE
- The deadline to submit your abstract for consideration to be displayed as a poster at 2025 SCALE Music City is April 5, 2025.
FEES
There is a $1,000 fee associated with each approved Industry/Non-CME poster. Once an abstract is reviewed and approved by the SCALE 2025 Scientific Committee, you will be invoiced for payment. Payment must be received by May 5, 2025.
There is no fee associated with each approved CME Education/Fellow/Resident poster.

Please note that a submitted poster will only be displayed on the touchscreen monitors displayed throughout the conference space. Submission of an abstract will NOT be considered for podium time on the program.
